Bookings and Payment
Following your enquiry, bookings will be confirmed upon the return of our Booking Form, signed by the Lead Guest (who must be at least 21 years of age) together with the non-returnable deposit of £200. (£300 for bookings of 4 weeks or more).The names of all guests must be submitted on the booking form.. Full rental payment must be received 8 weeks prior to the commencement of your holiday. Payment can be by cheque, bank transfer, or securely by credit or debit card through Paypal.
Sub-Letting is not permitted. The property is exclusively for the use of the named guests as stated on our Booking Form. No others are allowed to stay. (Florida State Law)
If you need to change the dates of your booking, we will try to accommodate your needs, but if these changes are not possible, the following charges will apply.
Up to 8 weeks prior to departure: Loss of Full Deposit
Less than 8 weeks prior to departure: Full Rental Cost
Any cancellation must be in writing.
In the unlikely event of the Owners, due to circumstances beyond our control, need to cancel the booking, we will try to provide an alternative villa. If the alternative villa is unacceptable, we will offer a full refund.
It is strongly advised that all members in your party take out comprehensive insurance to cover medical expenses in the U.S.A. as well as holiday cancellation
Guests are reminded of the potential danger of swimming pools. As Owners, we would like to remind you that children must be supervised at all times in the pool and surrounding pool area. The Owners, Management Company or Agents do not accept liability for death or injury, howsoever caused, in the pool or pool area.
The Owners, Management Company or Agents will not be held responsible for loss of holiday or delay howsoever caused beyond our control ie. War, Threat of War, Terrorist Activity, Riot, Flight Changes or Cancellation, Industrial Dispute, Strike or any Natural Disaster.
The Owners, Management or Agents will not be liable for any loss incurred by the Guests.
A Security Deposit of £250 will be taken by the Management Company, or by the Owners, prior to departure. This will be refunded, in full, on your return, once the Management Company have inspected the property and have found it to be in good condition., with no malicious damage. Payment can be by cheque, or (through the Management Company), by credit card. We request that you endeavour to respect our property at all times. The Lead Guest is responsible for any damages incurred, not covered by the Security Deposit.
Smoking is not allowed inside our villa
Pets are not allowed.
Guests are reminded that this is a Non Smoking home. If anyone has been discovered to have been smoking within the villa, an extra thorough cleaning fee will be charged to the Lead Guest to ensure all furnishings and carpets are deep cleaned. Smoking is permitted in the gardens of the Villa only.
We retain the right to alter the Terms and Conditions as often as necessary and via this website only.
